Date: Friday, January 3, 2025 Time: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM Location: Venue 710 Creative Space, 710 Cooper Street, Edgewater Park, NJ 08010 Workshop Agenda Doors Open at 6 PM - Come early to set up your space and ask questions! 6:30 PM - 7 PM Welcome & Intention Setting 7 PM - 7:30 PM Grounding Breathwork, Guided Meditation, and Group Reiki Session 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM - Immersive Sound Bath using crystal bowls and other instruments 8:30 PM - 9 PM - Stay late to share your experience and connect with others What to Bring: Yoga mat or blanket Wear Comfortable clothing Journal for intentions Water bottle Optional Crystals for Charging (We will have some available for sale.) *If you are sensitive to sounds, please bring a pair of ear plugs which can be economically purchased at any pharmacy. This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in exploring energy healing, whether you are a beginner or experienced in these practices. Registration Cost: $1 to hold your spot. This is a donation-based event! The typical price for events such as these is $25-45, but please give what you can. You can give your donation with registration, or donate using cash or Venmo at the event. All participants will receive 50% off their first private Reiki session with our Reiki Master.
