Whole Image Wellness strives to bring you events, workshops and retreats that are unconventional and unique experiences. We have traveled within the United States and abroad. In the past five years we have visited the Poconos, Costa Rica, the Florida Everglades, Greece, the Dominican Republic, Colorado, Montana, Iceland and The Philippines! Here are some highlights from our past trips.
Escape & Elevate Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat to The Philippines (2025)
At this intimate retreat to The Philippines, we snorkeled, ate delicious local foods, explored, and biked around our private island. We traveled over 24 hours to our island paradise and we rewarded ourselves with rest, yoga, a million spa treatments, and rejuvenation. Every person on this retreat was a previous retreat guest. Thank you for trusting us with your travel adventures!
Majestically Montana Art & Yoga Retreat (2024)
In our second annual Art & Yoga Retreat, we headed to Western Montana for beautiful landscapes, delicious food, and swimming in the very cold river running through the property. After the retreat, many of our guests joined us in Glacier National Park for more hiking and fun!
Ice, Fire & Meditation Iceland Retreat (2024)
This retreat was a first for Whole Image Wellness guests. We took a tour of Iceland's South Coast and Golden Circle by bus! Rather than stay in one place, we bounced around, enjoying Iceland's magnificent natural landmarks and delicious food, and our meditation program happened on the bus in between stops. It was an unforgettable adventure, complete with a cold dip in a local lake in February. Our next international retreat will be much warmer!
Create Your Zen Yoga & Art Retreat (2023)
If I had two words to describe this retreat, I would use "spiritual transformation." Not only was the location beautiful, the food plentiful, and the activities fun, but the people and the friendships formed here made this our most intimate and transformative trip yet. Stay tuned for the next one!
Yoga Tree House Adventure (2023)
We did not sit still on this adventure retreat to the Dominican Republic! Besides 2 yoga classes each day, we also snorkeled, hiked, rode horses, visited a waterfall and 3 beaches, and ziplined through the jungle. Oh, and did I mention we slept in tree houses? Our next adventure retreat drops in 2024!
Find Your Magic (2022)
Amorgos, Greece may be the most beautiful place on Earth...yet! This was by far the most luxurious adventure we've planned, with 5-star accommodations, gourmet meals, spa treatments, and views for days. The best part of our Greece retreat, however, was the people! 20 yogis adventured halfway around the world for an unbelievable week-long retreat to the Cyclades to find magic. Greece has my heart!
Yoga & Kayaking Adventure (2021)
This retreat to the Florida Everglades was an adventure experience like no other. We braved the no-see-ums, freak windstorm on open water, and bandit raccoons on our private island, but the stories we have to tell are priceless. In total, we kayaked 20 miles, camped out under the most beautiful star-filled sky, and adventured!
Mindset Matters Retreat (2021)
In April of 2021, a year later than we originally planned, 10 adventurous yogis headed off to Costa Rica for a 6-day yoga retreat. Besides twice daily yoga & journaling, we also surfed, played with monkeys, hiked a waterfall, and ate delicious meals together at our beachfront resort.
Blissful Pocono Retreat (2020)
Our Pocono weekend getaway took us to Arrowhead Lake and Hickory Run State Park one rainy weekend in September. We didn't let the rain stop us from practicing yoga, hiking, and dancing around the fire. Everyone received a Reiki healing session and home-cooked vegetarian meals. It was an intimate and fun girls weekend for all!
