Join Angelique Flynn, Ayurveda Health Practitioner, on Zoom for an Introduction to Ayurveda! Ayurveda, often called the sister science to Yoga, is a holistic health practice born in India and practiced all over the world. It incorporates the mind, body, senses, and consciousness in its approach to healthy living, and utilizes nutrition, behaviors, and routines to create balance and wholeness. In this 90-minute workshop, you will learn: About the 3 doshas - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha - and which one you most closely align with now. How the doshas are disturbed and what happens as a result. Any imbalance you may currently be experiencing in your doshas and what to do about it! General principles to lead a balanced and healthy life through Ayurveda. Upon registering, you will receive a PDF download by email. Please print it or have a pen and paper handy for the workshop. Resist the urge to fill it out on your own! After the workshop, you will receive another download by email for reference. Make sure you add angelique@wholeimagewellness.com to your safe-senders list. All participants will receive 50% off the Build a Wellness Plan Package as a thank you for attending. Please note: Workshops will not be recorded to protect the privacy of participants.  If you cannot attend the live workshop, please let us know at least 2 hours prior to start time and we will give you a credit towards the next workshop.  This credit will only be issued once per participant.
