About the Event

Through the space of 4 weeks, we will learn the fundamentals of yoga to increase confidence in any yoga class and establish a practice style that's right for you!

Week 1: What is Yoga?

We'll discuss the purpose and benefits of yoga, as well as the various styles of yoga you might find at your local gym or studio.  Our practice will be seated.

Week 2: What is Pranayama?

This week, we will learn 4 styles of breathwork: how to do them, when not to do them, and their benefits. Our practice will teach you how to open up the chest and shoulders to breathe fully.

Week 3: Let's Meditate!

This week, we will discuss the different types of mediation.  Our practice will be restorative, ending in an extended guided meditation.

Week 4: Yoga for EveryBODY

We will use the entire session to break down the foundational poses of yoga and how to modify them for all body types and abilities.  

Each class will be 75 minutes long and recorded.  Even if you miss the live session, you will receive an email link of the recording that you can download for lifetime access.

The cost of this month long journey through yoga is $40.  Students on the Exalted Warrior Unlimited Plan will receive 50% off this event.  Students on the Warrior Unlimited Plan will save 25% off.  The class will be limited to the first 15 participants.
