About the event
Come with us for our first ever IDYLLIC ADVENTURE!
We will begin the day with a peaceful forest hike of about 3 1/2 miles and then reset our minds and bodies next to a natural pond. Your adventure will end with a 1/2 mile hike out of the park.
Join Certified Yoga Teacher Angelique Flynn for a slow flow. Link breath, movement, and spirit in this dynamic yoga class designed to help you tap into your Root Chakra and connect you to to your foundation. Where better than among the trees to ground yourself, stretch your muscles, and expand your breath? This class is suitable for all levels and ages, and will guide you to a place of peace, wholeness, and collective consciousness.
This is a paid event. $15 per person.
Yoga mats are available for purchase, $10 each and they will be handed out at the event.
